North Face Paramount Valley Convertible Pants

I’m not known as a shopper back home.  In fact, it is one of my least favorite activities.  I simply lack the patience.  However, as soon as I step foot in another country, a switch gets flipped and I become a professional shopper on a mission for the perfect items to bring home.  I have decorated my home largely from items acquired abroad.  As a result, I usually like to pack light to ensure that I have ample space in my suitcase for all my loot.  One of the biggest problems I have when packing for an extended trip that will include various climates is how to pair down my clothing.  I try to buy items that can do double duty on the trip.  One of my favorite items are pants that can be converted into shorts.  Although there are several convertible pants on the market, very few also have a third option, which is to convert into Capris like the North Face Paramount Valley Convertible Pants.  They’re the perfect pants for hiking, camping, and dressy enough for casual city wear.
